How much is shipping?

$15 USD. It’s a flat rate, so you save if you order more than one item.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

7-10 business days.

Where do you ship?

To the U.S. and Canada. There's no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canadian territories. Send us an email if you’re from one of these places.

Do I have to pay customs?

Nope. If you're a U.S. or Canadian customer you’ll never be charged any customs fees.

Do you do returns?

We are a small store and we print / embroider on demand. If you’re unhappy with your order you can email us at hello@dirtgarments.com within 7 days of delivery of your items and we’ll make it right.

There are no returns on sale or discounted items.

I have a problem with my order.

If you experience a problem with your order, email hello@dirtgarments.com from the email you used to purchase your items and include your order number.

If your order is lost in the mail, or there’s a physical defect with your product due to printing or shipping, we’ll look to replace your order.

I'm Canadian. Can I buy stuff?

Yes. The store currency is USD, but you can check out as normal and the payment processor, Stripe, will convert currencies for you at checkout. There may be some fees associated with this from Stripe, your bank, or both.

Do you ship internationally (outside the U.S. and Canada)?

Not at this time. Send us an email if you're an international customer.
