How much is shipping?

$15 USD. It’s a flat rate, so you save if you order more than one item.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

7-10 business days.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to the lower forty-eight (continental U.S). There's currently no option to ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Canadian territories. Send us an email if you’re from one of these places and looking to shop with us.

Do I have to pay customs?

No. We only ship within the continental U.S. and U.S. orders should never incur customs fees.

Do you do returns / exchanges?

We stand behind the things we make. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return / Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items that are unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition. Please email hello@dirtgarments.com from the email you used to purchase your items to begin a return or exchange.

Exchanges are free. Returns incur a $9 handling fee, deducted from your refund. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges, and are sold as-is. Please double check your sizes with our size guides.

Quality Assurance

We’re a small store and some of our products are currently printed / embroidered on demand. If there’s an issue with the quality of an item you receive, please see “I have a problem with my order” below so we can help make it right.

I have a problem with my order.

If you experience a problem with your order, email hello@dirtgarments.com from the email you used to purchase your items, include your order number, and a photo of the issue if applicable.

If your order is lost in the mail, or there’s a physical defect with your product due to printing, embroidery, or shipping, we’ll look to replace your order.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements for delivered, but stolen packages.

I'm Canadian. Can I buy stuff?

Currently we don’t offer shipping to Canada. Send us an email if you’re a Canadian with a hankering to shop in our store.

Do you ship internationally (outside the U.S. and Canada)?

Not at this time. Send us an email if you're an international customer.
